Small Church Communities

The goal of Small Church Communities is to present to each parishioner of Holy Cross Parish a new way of being church. To establish a vision where each person may take responsibility for not only their own spiritual growth, but also to find ways to deal with the emotional, relational and physical needs of their fellow parishioners.

Forming small church communities where 8 to 12 people gather in their homes or a mutual meeting place is where the participants begin building trust and establishing a mutual bond. This is how we become Church to one another. With Jesus as our center we connect our faith to everyday life situations. Strengthened by that action within each group, we are better able to serve those in the larger church.

Small church communities are to help ordinary people help each other to connect life and faith regularly.
