Welcome to Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mesa, Arizona.

Holy Cross is a parish of about 4,200 registered families, the majority of whom are retired couples or individuals and about one third are younger families with children.  We are a multi-cultural and multi-generational community.  We have a large amount of winter visitors and the attendance at Mass doubles in the winter months.  The parish was started in 1978 and serves the fast-growing area of east Mesa. 

Our parish Mission Statement says that we try to live out our full potential as Stewards of God's Kingdom by continuing the mission of Jesus in our own time by worship of God, proclaiming the Gospel, and serving the needs of people as best we can.  Continuing this three-fold mission of Jesus as Priest, Prophet and King gives us a clear vision of what we try to do to make our world more the way God would like it to be, following the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ.
